01 What is stored
Session cookie: keeps you signed in, or keeps your guest session alive. Without it the app cannot save anything.
Language cookie: remembers the language you picked.
Theme cookie: remembers light or dark mode.
02 Local storage
Widgets keep small pieces of state in your browser: a counter value, a running timer, the last pinned message. It never leaves your computer and it is what makes an OBS refresh harmless.
The cookie notice you dismissed is remembered there too.
03 Turning them off
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, signing in and saving widgets stop working.
04 Third parties
Emotes, badges and fonts are loaded from Twitch, Kick, 7TV, BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ and Google Fonts. Those services may set their own cookies in the browser source.
